REFUND & RETURN

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent return and refund policy if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return policy

- You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
- Certain items can’t be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. food products of any kind)

How to make a return

1. Log in to your account and fill out the online return form
2. Print the prepaid return label
3. Package the item in its original packaging
4. Apply the label to the package and drop it off at a DHL service point

Refunds

- Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll issue your refund
- The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your bank, it can take between 5 and 10 working days for the funds to show in your account

Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
