What personal data do we process?

We process personal data that are provided by users of their own accord when they fill out the forms on our website. When the “Contact us” form is filled out, the following personal data are processed: – First name and surname; – email address. When the quote request form is filled out by a private individual, the following personal data are processed: – First name and Surname; – Email address; – Address, city, province; – Telephone number; – Tax Code. When the quote request form is filled out by a company or freelance professional with VAT number, the following personal data are processed: – Company name; – VAT Number; – Tax Code; – First name and Surname of a contact person; – Address, city, province; – Email address of a contact person – Telephone number of a contact person. When the “Sign up to the Newsletter” form is filled out, the following personal data are processed: – First name and surname; – email address.

Why do we process them?

SUPPORT REQUEST FORM: Processing is based on the implementation of pre-contractual measures and the performance of contractual measures, as they relate to requests for information, i.e., to requests for support through the completion of forms.

CONTACT US FORM: The processing is based on the legitimate interest of both the controller and the data subject in responding to the latter’s requests for information and clarifications about the data controller’s services.

What if we can’t process the data? Failure to provide the data makes it impossible to submit requests and respond to data subjects.

How long will we process them for? Data are processed for as long as is necessary to respond to inquires and contact requests, and for a maximum of 12 months, after which they will be deleted.

Who will become privy to my data? Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. When you fill out the quote request forms, your personal data will be disclosed to companies in the automotive industry, for which Ap Renting S.n.c. acts as the Agent, according to specific agreements. In any case, the data will be disclosed to these companies in the automotive industry, specializing in long-term rental, which will act as the independent data controller.

2. HOW ARE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?

The data collected are processed primarily using IT tools. Adequate security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or improper use and unauthorized access. The data controller either collects personal data using special contact forms, or they are submitted to the data controller by email.
